Using spam-filtering tools and antivirus [ can be used to find malware or virus sent by attackers as attached documents ].
These tools can be freeware as well but must be updated on time to get aware of the latest trends of spam.
Else, you can set rules and filtering regulations to get spam detected at the earliest because of grammar mistakes which usually can be seen in spam mail.

Using spam filter policies and rules which can reduce a lot of employees’ time and they have to indulge very often than earlier.
You can use plugins as well, there are various freeware options available that can help to filter out spam based on content filtering, header, and rule-based.
These plugins actively find spam and filter it out automatically.
3. Change the two numbers to 1% and 2 seconds. Why the ROSI (last tab) is not affected?
It’s because ROSI is mainly affected by viruses and bots, not by spam engagements. Also reduction rate is negligible due to spam time engagement is very less.
