ONLY NEED TO DO PART C , and this is the requirement from the teacher "I need you to correctly find the resistor size, build the tinkercad circuit and share it with me and develop the truth table for the circuit. You don't need pictures of the tinkercad but you do of the resistor calculations and the sketch as well as the truth table development. I'm supposed to have grades finished by 4pm today."

Final ED&A Spring 2020 100 points Date___5-26-2020___ Name________________________________ (Count number of letters in your 1st name = _____ ) You can pick any 3 parts. You need to tell me which 3 to grade or I will stop grading after Part C. In the first two sections work inside your folder, I will be checking in to see that you are making progress. I will look at your start time, intermediate drawing times and finish time. In the Third section you will be analyzing circuits with Ohm’s Law and Kirchhoff's Law and then building logic circuits with Tinkercad; as well there will be some logic design. In the Last section you will be developing speeds and feeds, table of absolutes and G-code for CNC machining a part. Part A (~25 minutes) (20 pts) Develop this 3 spoke spinner as the default with a 7 mm thickness, use circular pattern to make the spokes. CAD this 3 spoke model Example of 2,3,4 & 5 spoke spinners (5 pts) Use Configuration to allow 4 different spoke spinners of 2,3,4 and 5 spokes to be chosen… The configuration will come from the spoke generation through circular pattern. Part B (~25 minutes) (20 pts) Make and mate these parts as shown in the animation below, Dimensions are in inches and pins are centered on the object similar to the Block. Both the conrod and crank are 0.7 inches across as shown on the top of the conrod. (5 pts) Animate them similar to below Part C (~25 min.) 1. (10 pts) Draw and calculate resistor value in your notebook for THIS simple circuit to light a blue LED given the parameters below; The voltage required to illuminate a blue LED at 25 ma and a Vf = 3.0+0.(number of letters in first name). Example (Stephanie Fife) has 9 letters in first name so Vf=3.0+0.9=3.9V. Assume the source is 5 volts. Send me the picture of your work and circuit. You will use these values in the next problem step. 2. (10 pts) Build in Tinkercad the following logic circuit using just one IC; send 4 pictures of the output for various inputs. LOGIC CIRCUIT IC PINUOUT Pin 1 of IC starts in the breadboard; row# = to you number of letters in first name+10 Example (Stephanie Fife) has 9 letters in first name so IC pin 1 starts in row 19. There is a setup next that has the first two logic gates correctly wired...Correct and finish the Tinercad setup as follows; IC pin 1 is off so you need to Correct the IC location, adjust input wiring, wire from pins 3 and 6 to inputs of logic gate for final output, insert LED, correct resistor and finish output wiring then take the screenshots… 3. (5pts) Develop the truth table, Is it the same as your 4 picture?. Relate it to your pictures of output. A B Part D (~25 min.) Using engineering notebook and correct engineering design steps develop G-code for the following profile: speeds and feeds, table of absolutes and G-code for CNC machining.Cut depth is 0.20 inches and is ok for full depth cut. Use a two-flute ½ inch diameter tool with the following Unobtanium parameters: Unobtanium: calculate speeds (where cutting speed is number of letters in first name * 100 And chip per tooth = number of letters in first name / 1000 Example (Stephanie Fife) has 9 letters in first name so her cutting speed would be 900 ft/min. And her chip per tooth would be 0.009 in/revolution (10 pts) calculate speeds and feeds (5 pts) sketch of tool path with center points numbered (5 pts) table of absolutes with reference to sketch of tool path (5 pts) G-code
