Various studies in the past have justified that the nurses taking reflection as essential attribute helps them in identifying their work goals better as well as it gives them opportunities to record their workplace experiences. It is more like an ongoing cycle of experiences and reflections that are made on experiences. Positive results are obtained from comprehending the reflections to nurture new possibilities as nursing professionals. In modern context, reflection, critical thinking and analysis contributes to develop holistic approach, ensures quality of care provided to patients for a durable time period as well as it helps in structuring reflective experience educational framework to prepare nursing professionals for the future.
Nursing and Development of Holistic Approach
    At first, it is significant to note here that by making reflections on the professional experiences, enrolled nurses literally get this chance to make self assessment of their potential and shortcomings at the same time.
