Topic 1
From the discussion of the topic given, I have learnt that secular and multipath settings in
an organisation are very beneficial and advantageous for the different stakeholders associated with the organisation. I have observed from all the discussions and examples that the secular environment has the ability to reduce discrimination within the organisation. There are many stakeholders associated with a specific organisation. The employees, customers, shareholders, buyers, suppliers all are part of a stakeholder within an organisation. That is the reason why I think looking after the interests of the stakeholders is very important for the organisation.
As suggested by Gonzalez-Padron, Hult and Ferrell (2016), in the secular environment, the organisations can keep a very naturalistic overview on the different activities, which I think has a very positive impact on the organisational environment as well. If the organisational environment is adaptive and friendly then it will have a very positive impact on the different internal activities of the organisation. In my opinion, every other organisation should employ the secular environment or the strategy within the organisation and in this way; they will be able to satisfy the stakeholders associated with the organisation.
Topic 2
This week I have learnt about Christian education and its implications in the different aspects of life. Christian education is another religious education but I think the ways of educating people in the Christian context is utterly different from the other religious education facilities. Every education system has a broader impact on human lives and that is the reason why education is considered as a very important thing in people’s lives. Through Christian education, God's way of telling is discussed. The young people who are associated with Christian education are given learning of seeing the world from the perspective of God (Smith & Cooling, 2015).
Thus, they will choir a broader perspective of the life and all the different activities happening in the surrounding atmosphere. Thus through Cristian education, the people are believed to have a broader and kind quality and characteristics. In my opinion, they provide a very independent perspective to the different incidents and happenings of life. This can affect the different aspects of their lives such as the professional sectors or the defensibility sector or even in the characteristics quality it can bring subtle changes.
Topic 3
I think teachers are a very important pillar of our lives. All the initial learning and the different outlook over the different subjects and topics are provided by the teachers only. In childhood, the teachers can shape the perspective of us. They usually play a very influential character for the learners. I think appreciating the different characteristics of the children is an ethical responsibility of a proper teacher because in this way the teacher can build self-confidence within the children. The teachers have to acquire a safe and healthy environment where the children are given lessons.
The environment plays a big role in the learning process because there are many things to learn from the environment as well (Schwimmer & Maxwell, 2017). The teachers provide the proper knowledge that can benefit the children in their future and in the end to build a strong professional career. The knowledge, which has been provided by the teachers, acts as a very important strength to the professional lives of people. In my opinion, the teachers also have the responsibility to teach the children the different behavioural aspects in the different places along with the proper code of conduct of the different places.
Topic 4
This week has given an extended description of the previous week's topic, which stands for the legal ethical and professional contribution of the teachers. I think teachers can play a great and motivational role in the student's lives. They have various legal, professional and ethical duties to deal with in order to sustain a greater future for the country (Cornell & Limber, 2015).
The teachers who are associated with the childhood educational services have more responsibility towards their profession I feel. I think they have to be more careful in handling the children because they are creating the base of the career for them. The children are vulnerable and they need proper care and supervision, which is properly done by the teacher. In my opinion, if the teachers do not fulfil these...
