Question 1: Elijah Harris
After going through the answer written by my peer, I must say the way of approaching this question is praiseworthy. Breaking down the different parts of the
question and then answering it is an intelligent way. This way has helped to address different aspects of the question without leaving any portion unanswered. Moreover, the inclusion of appropriate and required terms makes the answer less perplexing. Although mentioning any specific detail related to the birth of the “middle way” in Buddha’s mind could make it sound better. I would appreciate my peer’s strong take on the last part of the question. It depicts a deep understanding of religions irrespective of the diversity, and the chosen issue is also relevant in the modern world. However, due to the spread of religion across different countries, this issue can also vary. Some Buddhist countries and people perceive menstruation as a natural process without imposing any special restrictions. Therefore, it is not an all-applicable case.

Question 2: Tosha Rivas
Discussing Dukkha in Buddhist teaching, the account written by my peer is a substantial one. With the proper supporting details and quotations, the answer explores the depth of the topic. It effectively communicates the core idea in a manner easily relatable from a reader’s perspective. Although the contrasting viewpoints presented between Hinduism and Buddhism conveyed the essence of Buddha’s principles, they seem relatively disconnected from this particular question’s idea. My peer’s courageous attempt of including personal circumstances is justifying it from the perspective of Dukkha. This example is also justifying the concept of Dharma, as my peer has mentioned in the beginning, connecting the first Noble truth and essence of Buddhism. However, similar to the earlier scenario, it cannot relate to its role in Buddhist teaching, which is being asked.
