One of the criticisms of Hofstede’s work is that the score on each dimension reflects only an ‘average tendency’ of a particular country and therefore inadequately reflected the wide range of multicultural responses, particularly from sub-cultures. Consider the scores of Individualism/Collectivism and Power distance dimensions on your country (if your country is not researched on these dimensions, you may select a country with known scores) and answer the following questions.a). To what extent you modify your interpretation when you consider the sub-cultures of your country?c).
