There is an ongoing debate concerning once the vaccine is developed for the COVID-19 who will get it at first shot. The entire world is racing toward a vaccine for the COVID-19 which has affected a lot of people. It has been observed that the World Health Organisation (WHO) is also facing a huge amount of confusion as this organisation wants to distribute the vaccine to the poor/developing countries fairly.
