On the following page is a template in which you need to prepare your research proposal. Please use this template. Each item to be developed in your proposal is set out, together with word limits and any specific instructions.
• Please adhere to the word limit set for each section.  • Please begin each response at the indicated arrow point. The section of the table will expand as you type your response.  • Please do not change the paragraph or font formatting, or change the items in the proposal template. You may use bullet points or enumerated lists where it is appropriate within a row of the table.  • Please use future tense to describe the intentions in each section. For example ‘A randomized sampling procedure will be used... Or ‘Data will be collected in two forms...’ • You must use the APA reference style for any citations. Make sure that you express all your ideas and information in your own words and include all necessary citations to sources. When writing your research proposal remember you are not conducting the research; rather you are planning the research. Hence, you are describing the research process that will be followed if the research were to be undertaken. The proposal and an ethics application has to be approved by the relevant authorizing agencies before any research can be commenced. When you have completed your assignment you need to be careful to save a copy to your computer and then submit via the electronic assignment link.
