You are to identify the appropriate scope for your research relevant to your business concept such as: • Key sectors • Industries • Consumer markets. You should broadly outline and brainstorm a business problem that will guide your next task in the research and market/industry analysis. PROCESS For this first task you will create a written proposal of ~500 words: • Any personal insight or connection to that relates to your industry selection or intended business idea. Remember, we’re testing your ability to establish a brand-new idea to the market and assessing its viability, so try not to choose one you are already working on! 
 • Consideration of an industry for analysis, and provision of evidence as to why you have selected the industry. Do you want to explore this emerging trend because you have noticed in your daily media consumption or social trends? Is it be related to your current job or role? 
 • If you have a general idea of a business idea you want to explore based off this industry, provide us a bit of detail.
