**Note: This should be done on UNIX terminal.The ‘q3_input.csv’ is a comma-separated input file of single-cell gene expression data. The values of all the fields are enclosed in double-quotes, like this (see attached file).

You want to use a script which only accepts tab delimited input files without quotes. Provide a single command (can have pipes) which will transform to the needed output format and remove the first column (which are ensembl IDs), writing the output to a new file. The output should look like this: (see attachment, without quotations).
