    2. EYLF
    
    Outcome:
    There are four outcomes of the EYLF. Firstly, the children feel secure and safe and are supported during the investigation of vegetables and fruits that re unfamiliar. This also allows the children in promoting conversation with their peers and educators so that they are able to express their feelings and ideas related to the food and feels appreciated. Secondly, then children are observed to take more responsibility in terms of physical well being and health. This kind of attitude allows the children in enhancing their awareness related to fruits and vegetables. Thirdly, the EYLF allows the children in demonstrating curiosity, creativity, commitments and imagination. This can be achieved by asking the children question which are descriptive. This will help them in gathering information. Further, it helps in the development of problem-solving ability and investigation skill among the children. The instructor will encourage the child to learn creating a motivating and learning environment helping children to be flexible and develop curiosity and creativeness. Lastly, the EYLF allows the child to become effective communicators. This allows them to interact more with the peers and educators so that they can gather information. Enhanced discussion will help in the development of communication through interaction, listening and understanding.
    Components:
    The components that are included in EYLF includes developing secure and respectful relationship so that the children can make positive choices of food, partnership through active participation in the community settings, respect the food diversity and the family as well as community values. It develops a high expectation in terms of equity.

    Every educational as well as care services understands the importance of care towards the children in terms of providing adequate nutritious food to meet the nutrient requirements of the children. The service care should understand that a good nutrition is one of the important ingredients for a healthy life. The education services ensure that the food provided to the children are safe and healthy.

The child should have a good head control.
