Considerations while correcting students mistake
    In order to correct the mistakes of students without destroying their confidence it is important that the teachers must appreciate and praise their students so that they might know their strengths and be very genuine about their weaknesses and provide them with constructive feedback which shall help them to improve. The feedback given should be easily understandable by the students and the corrections suggested should be educational (Peeters & Roinson, 2015). Students must be encouraged to correct their time management skills and should be asked to self evaluate their work so that it’s easy for them to make corrections after the feedback.
Technology in EFL/ESL classrooms
    Technology has proved to be extremely beneficial in EFL/ESL classrooms. Technology in ESL classrooms has helped teachers to enrich and enhance the language building skills of their children. Use of technology motivates children to be more attentive in the classroom. Use of technologies make students aware and prepares them to use the modern day technologies, which shall help them in future. Technology develops interest in learning and helps the ESL learners to be more cognitive and innovative in all the endeavors they undertake. Learning through audio and visual aids is more beneficial for students.

    To maintain a good environment in the classroom and to enhance the learning experience of the students it is important that certain norms should be maintained in the classroom such as no students should be allowed to abuse their fellow classmates.
