Network Engineering / Systems Administration students, your presentation should also include a short proof of concept/prototype demonstration that makes it clear that you are on track to deliver a fully working solution in ITC308.

An electronic copy of the templates for the Design Document and Presentation can be found in the resources section of the ITC306 Interact site.

Network Engineering / Systems administration

Final Solution Design Documentation and Proof of Concept Prototype PresentationYou are required to submit a revised Solution Design Document based on the feedback from Assessment Item 3. This assessment item is your final Design Document documenting the entire solution that you propose for your project. You should now be able to implement your project based on this Design Document.
Please note you are allowed to work in group/team to develop a solution and encouraged to submit a single assessment. However please note that you will be assessed individually based on your performance.

IT Management / Business Analysis

Definitive Cost Estimates, WBS, Procurement Management and PresentationBased on your approved design, you are required to prepare a definitive cost estimate and WBS utilizing MS Project, incorporating the allocation of costs and resources.Your MS Project submission should also be baselined. You are also required to submit a Procurement Management Plan.

Please note that this is not a group/team assignment each student MUST submit the individual assessment.

Rationale

This assessment task will assess the following learning outcome/s:

  • be able to identify and apply appropriately the different steps in the project development, as well as develop the main artefacts of the process, using project management tools to assist in timely completion of milestones.

  • be able to identify and analyse standard testing parameters used in evaluating system performance.

  • be able to demonstrate effective communication skills.

Demonstrate student’s ability to apply appropriately the different steps in the project development, as well as develop the main artifacts of the process, using project management tools to assist in timely completion of milestones; Demonstrate effective communication skills.

No evidence of most key project milestones being satisfactorily completed on time is presented.

Presentation demonstrates effective communication skills (8)

A well structured, professionally communicated presentation with excellent use of visual aids.

Sequence and communication of information is good with appropriate use of visual aids.

Sequence of information is generally well organised but more clarity of communication is required. Visual aids generally used appropriately.

Content is loosely connected, transitions lack clarity. Ineffective use of visual aids.

No apparent logical order of presentation, unclear focus. Little or no use of visual aids.

1. Introduction
The Globex allows the Virtucon Company for increased growth of RALS project for effective goods supply. The money is donated by RALS for improved volunteer activities in ICV to effectively manage the community of Australia. For improved performance of RALS, the required systematic strategies are being developed by Virtucon. These all systematic strategies are developed to maintain effective communication and performance improvements. After looking at the revised requirements of Virtucon and developing the executable architecture on bases of revised test plan, the possible planning are implemented. For improved performance of farmers, some specific tools and related applications are also studied and included in my work.
2. Revised vision of project and requirement model
The supplies of required agricultural equipments are mainly maintained by RALS. These equipments are used to improve the activities performed by farmers in their farms. For effective management of gates at Globex, the concept of cloud computing is implemented at RALS by Virtucon Company. The used cloud computing will provide positive impact and mitigate the possible risks related to considered security factors.
The reconstruction of complete planning process to RALS project by Virtucon requires implementation of requirement model so that the selected agricultural equipments can be shared and modified among farmers belonging to any community. The presented historical data of Virtucon and developed business rules defines the functional requirements of this requirement model. The quality, durability, serviceability, availability and scalability of RALS are mainly identified non functional requirements. For maintaining accuracy, the effective resource utilization is performed by Virtucon. The satisfaction of farmers is based on security and provides...
