 Political: Political situation is quite positive as the government is focusing on the reforms and
development and welcoming the new investment into the country. There are certain regulations
that each organization has to abide in China.
 Economic: Chinese economy is growing at a rapid rate. There is easy availability of cheap skilled
labor in China which makes it very attractive destination for manufacturing. Most of the big
players have started their manufacturing unit in China to take advantage of cheap labor of
China. The only downside is that the property rates are rising in certain areas and thus Magic
can plan to settle at place where property rates have not reached their maturity value.
 Social: Social and cultural aspects of country plays an important role. However, Magic operates
in Taiwan and looking to expand in China. There is not much difference in terms of culture and it
is not a big challenge.
