Conversation flow; Appointment Scheduling: Bot: Greetings User: set appointments Bot: Asks for time User: give time information Bot: Asks for date User: Gives date information Bot: Asks for text input for appointment User: gives appointment information The bot sets the appointment in calendar or database Response: Your appointment has been set. I will remind you at the set time. The bot reminds the user 5 minutes before the appointment via voice. The user also should be able to delete the appointment via the voice enabled system. Medication Reminder Bot: Greetings User: set medication reminder Bot: Asks for time User: give time information Bot: Asks for date User: Gives date information Bot: Asks for text input for medication type User: gives information Bot: What is the dosage of the medicine User: Gives information The bot sets the medication reminder Response: Your reminder has been set. I will remind you at the set time. The bot reminds the user 5 minutes before the medication via voice. The user also should be able to delete the appointment via the voice enabled system. The user should also be able to update the medication reminder: When the bot reminds the user at the dedicated time for medication the bot should ask for simple question like what is 2+2 and stop talking only when the user gives the right answer. You can use the database or Api which can accomplish all the above tasks. If the bot meets the requirements, it's fine. The bot should take information from the user, set the reminders and remind the user 5 minutes before the task.
