Context: Project managers need to both manage and lead the project team. Managing and leading a team have different focuses from each other. Managing is about coping with complexity and making plans to achieve set objectives, whereas leading is about initiating changes and providing direction. Managing and leading are both critical to the success of projects. This assessment requires you to present your understanding of the key aspects and strategies for managing a project and leadership on a project.
