    Safe supervision in the home based setting and off site are based on ensuring a reasonable level of safety and supervising the child while arriving, departure, homework or outings.

    It is important to stock the essential medications and ensure that there is regular checking of expiry dates. At the same time, the medicine is to be administered only after consulting a suitable medical practitioner and in the prescribe dosages. A record is to be kept with regard to which medicine was given when.
