Choose ONE of the following and write an essay of AT LEAST 4 paragraphs. You will type the essay in Microsoft Word, 12-point font, Times New Roman or similar, double-space. You will submit the essay to the appropriate Turnitin link on Blackboard by 11:59 on October 22.

1. Tell the story of a time you did something (just) to make someone else happy or were forced to do something you did not want to do.
2. Tell the story of a time when someone let you down or disappointed you OR when you let someone down or disappointed someone.
3. Tell the story of an experience that caused you to doubt a belief that you had OR that caused a belief that you had to become stronger. (It could be religious but doesn’t have to be.)
4. Tell about a time you helped someone out in a difficult situation OR someone helped you out in a difficult situation.
5. Tell the story of a time you didn’t help someone out in a difficult situation OR someone didn’t help you out when you needed help.
6. Tell the story of a time you overcame a fear or reached a goal you had set for yourself.
