1. Main problems for the organization
Johnson & Johnson is a large pharmaceutical healthcare and medical organisation which wants to connect their customer to a single point contact. This is a real challenge for the company because it is decentralised and it has 150 branches in different locations. Custom
er has to face several in voice, sales calls and different contacts from their operation companies which are quite irritating for their customers. Hence management have decided to translate their customer service to a single face. For these changes a massive IT change is required for the organisation. Johnson & Johnson operating system is a decentralised and management have to change their corporate strategy to operate their global customer to a single face (as influenced by Pearlson et al. 2016). This change is highly cost and time oriented process for the company.
2. Solution to help solve these problems
Management of the organisation have to focus on their operation and corporate strategy for making possible changes in their enterprise architecture. If company replace their IT architecture with corporate strategy then it will help the organisation change their invoice and customer handling process for the global customers. Besides that, without dismantle their operation organisation J&J can adopt the cross company IT capabilities. Moreover organisation can arrange several meeting with their operation company for developing good monitoring and developing a technological architecture to their company. Along with that a proper training and is needed for their IT staffs and other parties to improve their internal service process.
3. Zachman framework
Zach man has derived type enterprise architecture as the primitive model which is also known as A6*6 matrix. Six columns derived data, organisation function, its network, people, time, motivation. The rows are denoting company objectives their model, Information system, technical model, total system and functions.

Using this frame work company will be able to analyse their information, technology and system relates model, techniques and operation (bigdataframework.org, 2019). This process also helps their employees to analyse their main operating location and their roles responsibility to make possible changes in their infrastructural change. It will also help organisation to identify proper hardware and software system. Moreover Control flow diagram help management to, monitor their architectural changes.

1. Processes proposed
The processes proposed for the implementation of EA in the given case catered to several aspects such as functional reference models, platform standards, and taxonomy and architecture governance (Cameron, 2014). Enterprise architecture had essentially been multilayered, comprising various aspects like information architecture, application architecture, technology architecture and business architecture.
2. Comparison of frameworks
The Zachman framework for Architectural enterprise appears to be self described as a framework. However, as opined by Nowakowski et al. (2017), it is more appropriately defined as a form of taxonomy. Traditionally, the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is recognized as a framework. According to the viewpoint of Vallerand et al. (2017), it is more of a process. The FEA or Federal Enterprise Architecture is both implemented enterprise architecture and a proscriptive procedure. The Gartner Methodology is the best Enterprise Architecture Procedure.
3. Relationship between EA and SOA
SOA or Service Oriented Architecture does support enterprise architecture in many ways (Kistasamy et al. 2010). However, in modern times there is much ambiguity in various organizations regarding this dynamic relationship. Precisely, service oriented architecture are widely used in IT Environments. Thus, with the implementation of SOA, IT systems execute services that are clarified in the context of the business activity of the enterprise. Since this propels enterprise agility, adoption of SOA is essential in terms of enterprise architecture. However, the substitutions of monolithic and large applications having a few interoperability result in smaller and modular guaranteed services. These include interface contracts and services. This is perhaps the most significant role of SOA that betters the operations, not just within the enterprise but also between various enterprises.
