Introduction
As the word growth mind-set itself involves growth in it which is the significant objective of the same. Growth mindset is thought that with appropriate efforts and willingness it is possible to enhance that level of confidence, the level of intelligence and will help in promoting hidden talents and abilities of the students and specifically teenagers or college students as they are the upcoming future of the world. The students who have been observed with such a positive and growth mindset have a belief of developing their abilities and talents slowly and gradually with time and to have the interest to gain knowledge and is ready to test their skills and to enhance the same and is not afraid face the challenges and counter the challenges with great enthusiasm and confidence which helps I grooming the students and to enhance their soft skills. Commonly there are two types of mindsets that are being noticed in the human, one is a growth mindset and the other is the fixed and static mindset.
A growth mindset is essential to the students as it helps in making them concentrate on the positive aspect and will help them to develop their abilities and skills without being afraid of failures.
