Subject:Changes regarding pet policy in our work place.
Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. This email is in reference to the ongoing disruptions that we have been facing since a very long time in our workplace.
I have recently noticed that our workplace has become a spot of all kinds of distraction. From pets to kids, we have got everything here coming in our way. There are customers to bring their pets along, not just dogs and cats, birds as well, which keep flying out openly in the office. Kids to teenagers crowd the place and sometimes the loud volume of music from music lovers and video game players disrupts the working environment in our office. Due to which most workers take their task at home to do it on weekends. That is of course no a very healthy working system. We should be more conscious about how we are working as that is a factor that decides how long we are going to be happy with our work. We are working in order to make this a healthy work place. It will take some time and effort but the outcome will be beneficial for you employees.
This is not a personal opinion of mine, rather a poll taken suggests that 85% of people agree to have a pet policy in our workplace. That is why there are going to be some changes on our way in order to make the workplace a better one for and for the future employees. Feel free to suggest some of the changes you would like to have in the upcoming pet policy. Some of the common upcoming changes that are going to take place include limiting pets only to customers who agree on putting them in a basket while bringing them here otherwise they will not be allowed to bring their pets inside the work place, the employees will have to take their kids to day care or any other institution as such and avoid bringing them to the workplace in order to maintain a distraction free space, kids who will have to be here will strictly not be allowed to make any kind of noises, if they want to listen to the music or play video games they will have to use earphones and will not be allowed to make any kind of disturbing noise, unless it is a case of emergency and no birds will be allowed inside our work place. These, after discussion may also go through some changes. Other points may be added as well. Your suggestions will be taken under consideration and the final policy will be made in accordance with everyone.
