My homeowners’ association (HOA) would like to create a database to record HOA members, and HOA committees – including which members serve on which committees. There are multiple committees (with several members each) and each HOA member can serve on multiple committees.
- There will be a Members entity and a Committees entity. Each row in the member’s entity represents one HOA member, and each row in the committee entity represents one committee.
- The HOA would like to record the first name, last name, lot number and telephone number of each member. They will assign a unique Member ID to each member. They would like to record the committee name, a description of the committee, the budgeted amount to spend for incidental expenses, and the number of times per year the committee is expected to meet. They will assign a unique Committee ID for each committee.
- Query (question) display all committees and the members of each committee – sorted by committee name.
