    a) Through the help of meetings, the staffs, stakeholders and members will be able to interact with one another. As a result of this, there will be a free and continuous flow of feedback, which will ensure continuous improvement in the organisation.
b) Internal audits will also prove to be beneficial for the purpose of assessing the operational quality of the organisation. The feedback that the staff members will receive through the help of internal audits, will help the company in the process of continuous improvement and betterment. (86)

    a) For the purpose of bringing about continuous improvement in an organisation, it is important to understand and implement knowledge management. It is important to share knowledge among the different staff members, in order to ensure a free flow of information, as well as improve the operations of the organisation.
b) Quality management is an important and essential aspect of continuous improvement. If the quality of the operations is not monitored and reviewed on a regular basis, then the quality of work will inevitably deteriorate, thereby interfering with the success and outcome of the organisation.
c) The performance of the staff members needs to be observed, monitored and reviewed in order to ensure optimal management of the organisation. Feedback needs to be given from time to time, in order to make sure that the staffs are functioning efficiently and doing their tasks in an effective manner.
d) It is important to practice sustainability in an organisation in order to gain improved reputation by benefiting the society as well as the environment. Through the process of practicing sustainability in an organisation, it can improve the work processes and ensure better success. (186)
