a. Navigate to your USB flash drive or the location where you store your Data Files.

b. Select the Tour Marketing Plan.rtf document located there, then cut it.

c. Navigate to your Documents library, then paste the file there.

 d. Rename the file Tour Marketing Plan - Backup.rtf.
