We live in fast paced highly competitive world, where everyone is chasing their goals. We witness almost every organisation irrespective of their size and scale is trying to attain a strong competitive advantage such that they can attain effectiveness in their operations and enhance their productivity. However, in order to survive and thrive in this dynamic market it is crucial to harness their human resources. Furthermore, it is important to clearly defined and communicate those objectives and comprehend how to best utilise the given resources. Human resource is the biggest asset for any organisation and it is imperative to train them with necessary competencies as well as skills that can keep the business relevant. Hence, majority of the organisation all across the world invest in training their human resources with lastest technologies and focus on keeping them engaged to drive high performance for the business
Research Rationale
I am driven towards harnessing the potential of human capital of the business. I am inclined towards this research topic since majority of businesses who have failed to comprehend the value of human resource have ceased to exist in 21st century. There is one common ground that cuts across all the business and that its employees. Unless the organisation understands how can they get their employees motivated to perform their work they will never be able to achieve their targets. Without proper attention given to this topic employees can never bring their best self to work every day. Furthermore, without motivation there will always be reduction in effectiveness in the activities performed by the individual or team. Therefore, by the virtue of this report, I have performed extensive analysis on the importance of motivation for business, comprehended different strategies to enhance the motivation of the employees and performed research to offer deep insights for the rationale.
Problem Statement
This research is to analyse the influence of motivation on employee's performance and how does it impact overall organisation behaviour. Primary objective of research is to comprehend how motivation can influence the behaviour of the employees and impact the organisational productivity.

Disengagement in employees and lower morale is a major problem area that appears in many organisations. Hence, the need of hour is to evaluate the impact of the motivation and how it influences the overall productivity.
