Executive Summary
This report is based on the development of the sustainability for Atlassian software in coordination to comply with the CSR theories that they have implemented in their organisational infrastructure. The importance of implementing the CSR policies within their definite policies and their execution has been found to be important to compete with the rivals and maintain a competitive edge in their definite market of operations. Different strategies including the implementation of renewable energy in their operations and their numerous campaigns to ensure the increase in the awareness of the customers have been implemented by them. Additionally, the importance of communication in engaging the use of the CSR in their business objectives have been developed and described in this report, referring to the Atlassian software.

Introduction
Corporate Social Responsibility is referred to as the strategies that are implemented by the business companies in order to ensure that their business is aimed at social awareness and environmental protection. These are ensured and established in terms of the social activities undertaken by the company and the polices adopted by the company in order to make sure that the environment is protected, the right of the citizens or the customers are protected and at th3e same time, it is ensured that the employees working within the company are made happy and progressive.

As per consumer responsibility, Atlassian software shows its duty to produce its products to secure people's privacy that increases customer trust.
