a. Find the strength (i.e., the power level), frequency, and nature (e.g., is the signal an LO+RF, 2LO-RF) of each signal present on the IF port of the mixer.


b. We place a two-pole Butterworth BPF on the IF port of the mixer to select the LO+RF frequency. The bandwidth of this filter is 200 MHz, its insertion loss is 2.5 dB, and its ultimate attenuation is 65 dB. Find the power levels present at the output of this filter.
