Step 1 State the company you have chosen and outline their mission, vision and values (MVVs). *Remember, not all organizations are literal about their MVVs(you may not see them outlined this way on their websites, etc.) you may have to do some informed assumptions. If this is the case, you will answer: 1. What is the purpose of this company / reason for existing? 2. What does it look like their vision of the future is? 3. What are their values? What is most important to them (ex: people, sustainability, locally sourced, community, etc.)?
