a. List of stakeholders – Stakeholders are all the entities which will be affected due to the change in the system that will be taking place in the university. All the entities which will be affec
ted comprise of the stakeholders and hence they need to have a say in any of the changes that are taking place in the university
· Students – Students are the major stakeholders since, the decision to move to the online enrolment system is going to affect them the most
· ABC University – University is also one of the biggest stakeholders since the whole system is being deployed inside the university
· Student Enrollment Officer – student enrolment officers are also major stakeholders due to very high change in the role that they will be doing from now onwards.
· Timetable officer – Their role will change and according to the semester they will have to keep changing the timetables
· Program Directors – Program directors has to have the fresh view of the
· Developers –They need to decide on which platform they should be developing the whole system keeping in mind that the whole system will be catering to 50,000 students.

Q.2 Major functional requirements for the online enrollment systems - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
1. The online enrollment system should be able to replace the current offline and physical enrolment system that is the status quo currently
2. The online enrolment system should have the records for all the students which are currently studying across all the campuses
3. This system should take care the information around all the fees details for the given semester and the given campus
4. System should list all the students based on the campus they are studying from
5. System should be able to help student select which semester or trimester that they will be enrolling for and accordingly should update the list of the subjects dynamically
6. Program Director should be able to update the relevant subjects that will be considered for the student in the given trimester and should be able to provide all the information around the same.
7. The system should ensure that they keep sending the reminder mails for the students who have not enrolled
8. The system should update the fee status to ensure that the students who are registering have paid their semester or trimester fees
9. The system should ensure that the students are not choosing the same subjects they had chosen in the earlier semester or trimester
10. The system should enhance the efficiencies of the whole system by processing the requests at a faster pace
