Introduction
The case study is all about supporting the mobile health clinics and the children’s health fund
of New York City. The children’s health fund helps in developing and supporting the national
network of 22 programs and affiliations in 17 states of the US and districts of Columbia. The
aim of the CHF is to take care of the health and provide the benefits of health related to the
country to the children that cannot afford the medical treatment up-to the age of 24. All the
health care done by the experts of the nurses, doctors and nurses, psychologists, social
workers, and nutritionists at more than 200 service sites across the United States.
Implications and analysis
Healthcare Information Systems to Support Primary Care- two types of functionality are
provided in software packages developed and maintained by vendors who specialize in the
healthcare industry; Primary management system, and electronic medical report. It is very
