For this task we have to identify a data set which we can use to perform the data mining. The following report has the detailed information about how we can perform the data mining over the financial Department. For this work I have selected the data set in which it consists all the complaints which are registered by the customers against the financial Department of a particular organization. The most important area of any organization is the financial marketplace and if that area is facing the complaints then it is very important to solve those issues and satisfy the demands and requirements of the customer. The financial marketplace of the organization is getting more and more complaints from the customers which are creating issues and reducing the overall potential of the organization (Enke, D. and Thawornwong, S).
The next step is to identify the objectives on which we can use the data set. The first objective of using this data set is to analyse what type of complaints are registered by the customer and find out the exact reason for their complaints so that these issues can be resolved on time. Data mining is such process which can help the organization to improve their working method by analysing the whole scenario and improve the financial marketplace of the organization so that they can enhance their return of interest. The organization need to have a system which can record all the complaints which are raised by the customers and then resolve those issues on time. The new system should be able to generate the reports and arrange the complaints in their particular category.
To achieve the success for any organization it is very important that they are able to have no complaints from the customers against any Department specially the financial services which are provided to the customers. The organization should try to have major focus over the complaints which are submitted by the customers and then try to find out some solutions for those complaints.
