This assignment will give you an opportunity to: - learn about services available through the MacEwan Library - become familiar with management journals - find articles (related to human service management) using the MacEwan Library’s online database - search out resources on the Internet - practise using APA format to reference electronic resources - critically review an article that you find Begin this assignment by reading (a) in the Student Resources section on Blackboard, about services offered by the MacEwan Library, and (b) on the MacEwan Library website, about APA electronic referencing (http://library.macewan.ca/how_to_cite). Explore the MacEwan Library online resources related to human service administration: http://libguides.macewan.ca/human_services Remember that the MacEwan reference librarians are happy to guide you through any difficulties you might have with accessing resources. Using the MacEwan Library online database, find four articles related to management in human service administration, each from a different journal. List the articles, using proper APA reference format (the format used on the references list at the end of each module). Read the four articles you have selected. On a separate page, write a review of one of these articles. Your review should include a 2-page summary and critique of the article. The critique should be about the same length as the summary (1 page each) and should address aspects such as content, accessibility (readability), and audience. You should give examples from your own experience to illustrate points in your critique. Be sure to include complete reference information in APA format. Your review should not exceed 2 typed (double-spaced) pages.
