Executive Summary
The proposed project concerns JyotiVIC which is undertaken to address the attaining an outcome of integrating as well as managing all of the flows using one integrated ERP solution during the year 2020. The business outcome of successfully implementing this project shall be that the implemented and integrated ERP software shall improve efficiency and effectiveness concerning the procurement status, accounting records, inventory records, communication amongst all of the staff, overall reporting as well as many different critical possibilities with respect to speed of delivery speed, accuracy of order, availability concerning ordered stock as well as customer satisfaction, and shall be put to practice over the final integrated platform, having involvement from all of the business, inclusive of relationships. Project planning represents the initial and the most critical stage in the project management and the end result of project planning, that is, project management plan documentation, shall offer a blueprint to manage, implement, monitor, control, deliver, and close the project in a successful manner ensuring the realization of specific project outcomes and the expected business outcomes. This report presents the project plan for this project.

The proposed project concerns JyotiVIC Pty Ltd (“JyotiVIC”) which is undertaken to address the attaining an outcome of integrating as well as managing all of the flows using one integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) solution during the year 2020. This project implementation shall lead to the automation as well as equipping of top management in having all of the reports affiliated to this company using which they shall communicate instantly with relevant departments as well as in consequence monitor / control any of the inadvertent situation and not limited with the internal stakeholders and the external stakeholders.
The business outcome of successfully implementing this project shall be that the implemented and integrated ERP software shall improve efficiency and effectiveness concerning the procurement status, accounting records, inventory records, communication amongst all of the staff, overall reporting as well as many different critical possibilities with respect to speed of delivery speed, accuracy of order, availability concerning ordered stock as well as customer satisfaction, and shall be put to practice over the final integrated platform, having involvement from all of the business, inclusive of relationships.
