Answer to Question 1
In the current case study, strategy and innovation certain
ly goes hand in hand. The use of algorithms and machine-level languages for the dissipations of information and traffic is very genius way to guide information systems for the various jobs and task associated with the company. Ant was launched by Alibaba, in the year 2012. In China, small and medium-sized enterprise had trouble in processing the loan amounts as they didn't have enough credibility. Besides, due to this factor, many of China’s small and medium industry and start-up were facing problems, during their inception. Alibaba tried to work its way around it by using this Ant Microloans, as bank didn't back such types of companies to get their desired loan amount (Taha et al., 2016). Thereby Alibaba used their algorithms and machine language to get the levels of transaction from such organizations and offer them their small loans that they required to start. This loan operation was attached with Alipay for online transactions. This way Alibaba empowered the little business also.
All this was achieved in a matter of minutes. Presently ant can process small loans; the user has to give some basic questions that are: should the amount be given; how much should be given and how much should be lent and at what level of interest. The various algorithms that are used by the machine languages gather all this data, this is then processed and a type of credit score is generated, which basically states how much can be given on credit to the borrower and the duration and how they can pay back, all this is done and generated in real-time (Ghosh, 2015). All this might sound like nothing in today’s world, but these innovations meeting strategy is no matter how small they were ultimately led to the formation of Alibaba that we know of today.

Answer to Question 2

Alibaba not only created a more synergetic system of API and associated machine learning tech, with commercial advancements in the form of Alipay and Ant microloans for the small players and Taobao a platform used for meeting of buyers and sellers of good now transformed into one of the largest e-commerce sites in China and possibly the world. Now people might think these types of innovators know what they are doing, but most of the time they seem to be improvising, this ultimately lead to the evolution of the societal, economic and even the technological ventures they go ahead...
