It is important to remember that reports differ according to the audience for whom they are written. For this assessment task, you are to assume that the workplace/ organisation you investigated, as a group, is where you are employed. Your role as an employee is that of a business researcher that has been tasked to provide a report about your specific topic, to the top management of your workplace/ organisation. Assignment structure The expected format of this assignment is a recommendation report. See the below table for more guidance. Title Page (not included in the word count) This page should include: · The report title · Your name and student ID Executive Summary (not included in the word count) A paragraph that provides a quick overview of the entire report, including its purpose, major findings and recommendations Table of Contents (not included in the word count) The table of contents lists the main headings used in the report and includes the page on which the headings appear. Any tables, diagrams or illustrations should be listed separately in a Table of Figures which comes after the Table of Contents. [religion, philosophy, family, government, society], and how do they influence your decisions as an individual? · Did you as an have an influence in group research and presentation? · How does literature, ethics theory or philosophy supports your ethical foundation and why? Conclusion and Recommendations The recommendations provided need to justify your course of action towards mitigating the ethical issues found within your workplace/ organisation using your own moral compass as an individual. Each recommendation will also use ethical theories, supported by academic literature. Reference List Please reference all material cited in the report using the Australian Harvard Referencing Style (make sure to include references to any images used). Appendices (not included in the word count) The appendices should contain any additional supporting information (e.g. pictures, graphs, tables) that are relevant, but are included at the end of the report, so as not to distract the reader from the ideas in the main section of the report. The appendices should be clearly set out and numbered in the order they are mentioned in the text and provided in the table of contents. The report is prepared on the basis of research, findings and personal understanding of ethical issues exists in McDonalds, while working as a group for the assignment and at individual level. It has included the impacts of same on group performance, the challenges faced and the factors responsible for its
success. It is followed by reflection of personal experiences and decision-making capacity on ethical grounds. It deeply studies the reason and creates awareness about importance of ethics at different levels of life. Finally, the report suggests steps to be taken to be humanitarian in approach as a responsible part of social infrastructure.

Introduction
The purpose of the report is to study the ethical issues prevailing in McDonalds, the group dynamics in view of ethical perspective while collecting and analysing information and the reflection of ethical behaviour at personal level with the impact it have on decisions and the factors influencing it. The study will be followed by recommendations at organizational level, group level and individual level based on literature, philosophies and theories to mitigate the issues with concluding statement on same. This is an important aspect to summarize the findings and give them a proper structure to present and share with others.
Ethical issues in McDonalds
One of the leading fast food chain from America is expanded at global platform operating with more than 30.000 outlets in different countries. It is serving not only burgers but farmers, communities, customers, crew and stakeholders at large. Despite this there are some ethical issues prevailing with the practices followed by the company. It raised question over being a responsible identity. The first ethical issue reported was violations of human rights. The working conditions and the wages given were not suitable and attract legal penalties for that. The wages were below industry standards and there were evidence of mistreatment with women workers. The second issue was of packing of expired meat. As it is catering food industry every food product is fresh for a limited time only. The serving of unfit for consumption ingredient was reported. The third issue was using of plastic cutlery despite being aware of its consequences for environment. The plastic takes more time to decompose approx.500 years. The fourth issue was of corruption as it was noted by one of the food inspector in Hong Kong that money was slipping into patties, burgers etc.
According to Morley et.al ( 2019) the social contract theory helps in balancing power which was exchanged for security. The intervention of government was much required to ensure safe conditions for workers. The principles of moral relativism differs from culture to culture and this resulted in change in menus and policies of dealing with customer for McDonalds.

The group ethics is a collaboration of individual ethical contribution which they bring from their diverse backgrounds and experiences and organizational set of ethical standards and values.
