The organisation could be a business, or it could be a Government department or a not-for-profit (e.g. Charity). It does not have to be Australian, HOWEVER all reference materials (including on-line sources) must be in English. It is advisable to choose a substantial organisation which has at least 100 employees i.e. NOT an SME. But it could be a local branch of a large multi-national corporation. You may find it useful to choose an organisation that you are familiar with. It can also be useful to imagine that you are part of a CEO’s strategic intelligence business unit charged with advising him/her about the chosen issue. Introduction:
Strategic intelligence includes the collection of information then processing and analyzes the result to make the strategies, plans and policy to help the business to grow. It helps the management to make effective strategies and to create strategic leaders.
Strategic planning helps the organization to withstand in a volatile or unstable market. This gives an edge to them when compare to its competitor. Strategies, policies and plans make the whole difference in making a company run (Aspara, J., Lamberg, J., Laukia, A., & Tikkanen, H. 2013).
Any company or organization when plans to enter into new business or country they analyses the opportunity and threat by various means. They then formulate or come up with different plans to introduce it. If their source of intelligence fails it leads to the failure of whole policies or plan.
The management identifies the issues and represents it in front of board. They collectively process it to analyses through the information given. The organization intelligence not only depends on their system but also on their workforce intelligence. All together form policies and strategies to make business run universally (Fahey, L. 2007).
Strategic Intelligence helps the company not only to have good turnovers in term of profit but also in smooth running of policies nation or worldwide. It gives a widow to its management to see and forecast the solution. Management has to make policies or strategies as per the workforce, environment, demographics, and culture of the place.
If organization fails to analyze the information of the issue, the policies made made would create hindrance for targets to be achieved.

Motivating - a capability to inspire a group of individuals to work as a team aiming to achieve a vision. Understanding what inspires individuals is grounded upon aptitude, character intelligence.
Partnering - the aptitude to advance strategic alliances with entities, groups and establishments. This excellence also rests on the personality intelligence.
The challenges of the modern innovative era by contravention from their old-style models to become more intensely and uninterruptedly inter-linked are approached by strategic intelligence. This gives more operating methods to give open source information for data analysis (O’Byrne, A. 2018).
For effective strategies, organizations have to know its employee intelligence to have good leaders, strategic planning and favorable environment. Organization used information systems to manage knowledge. They engage in a program where they use tactical forms of intuitive information, stores information and environment, which altogether used for making effective decision or policies for company to survive in tough situations.
Strategic intelligence not only gives external insights about market, competition or environment but also about internal composition or problems. It helps to make policies to improve internal structure, procedure and policies for better productivity and outcome (Roosa, S. 2016).
It helps all type of organization like small, big, private, government or non-profit to use its data base and using it make more strategic policies to beat the difficulties face.
