The organisation selected for the research is Telstra Communications. Telstra Corporation Limited, also known as Telstra, is the Australia’s largest telecommunication company, which builds the network and operates it. They have market voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other products (Telstra, 2019). It offers full range of communication services. The company is about to introduce better Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to improve its communication. ICT is a technology that allow to access information through telecommunication.
