Ans2. Communication Excellence is the capability to communicate efficiently and effectively with the audience. It is considered as one of the most essential attribute of people who are highly industrious and successful. Essentially, communication excellence is inclined towards sharing knowledge, comprehending other and thereby supporting one another. Topic of my paper is Excellent Listening in Communication, since it is one of the integral aspect to conduct excellent communication yet most understated element. This is root cause of many conflicts, miss-understanding as well as wrong decisions made over time. Since, people fail to listen and only focus on what to say next. Therefore, I have selected this topic since it excites me and provides me the opportunity to develop essential skills to become an excellent listener. As right said, "When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. But if you listen, you may learn something new." One of the mantras to success is also listening, if one concentrate on what others are saying in discussion it improves understanding as well as quality of communication that is taking over.
