Introduction
A flight center is a travel group that have some ethics and code of conduct. The flight center is proud of their company and concern about what people say and how people behave and how they conduct themselves. The fli
ght center is responsible for their action.
The code of conduct mainly focuses on the vision which means that they will give an idea of what they want to become and the core values that are the unique value and the lasting value. As mentioned by Holloway, Mayer and Daglish 2018, the flight center will also focus on the key factors that will motivate and guide the employees of a company. the code of conduct mainly focuses on the requirements and responsibilities that are needed to be completed to achieve a goal.
Purpose of Code of Conduct
As mentioned by Ferrell et al. (2019), the code of conduct mainly refers to company policies but here we are talking about flight centres so the code of conduct here refers to policies that are required to follow. The flight center travel groups employees globally follow the code of conduct and apart from their employees, the contractors, consultants, directors and officers also follow the code of conduct. The code of conduct applies to all the work and work-related activities, travel and events. Social media is the medium that is used by the flight center to interact with their employees, customers, suppliers, stakeholders or any type of community. To maintain or uphold the standard the employees of the flight center should complete or the compliances training that will be suitable and benefit to their role.
As mentioned by Holloway, Mayer and Daglish 2018, the vision of flight center that means of what is the picture that flight center wants to become is the worldโ€™s most creative and profitable travel retailer, that will deliver the amazing experience to the people, customer and the partner. But the main purpose of the flight center is to open up the whole world for those people who want to explore and enjoy the world. This will help them professionally and personally because it will give them mentally happiness. This can be only possible by delivering a great experience and a lot of fun with lots of discounts. There are mainly three core values that are unique in the flight center and those are irreverence, ownership and egalitarianism. The irreverence mainly means that the employees of the flight center take their business seriously but they did not take themselves seriously and also, they respect each other and also they respect their customers and suppliers. The ownership means that they will treat the company as their own company and also the employees of the company will take full responsibility for the business. Egalitarianism means that all the employees of the company have the same opportunity, rights and privileges.

Key principles of code of conduct
