The legal structure or type of entity seems appropriate is privately owned. This type of legal entity is privately owned by either one individual or by a small group of individuals. This type of legal entity is recommended in case of small and medium sized business does not bring heavy responsibilities on the part of owners in the initial pace of time. In context to underlying New Health Care Service Company, it has identified that two personnel named Peter and Jennifer started a new company in the health care industry.
The case scenario evidenced that the personnel intends to initiate the operation in low cost manner. There is high emphasis on providing services at very low cost as it is considering decision of leasing back-end hardware and necessary software required for operating the business.
