May you do me a reflection of a patient who had left periprosthetic hip ORIF and then had also a revision of ORIF left Femoral preiprosthetic. Patient has Past Medical History: Anaemia, high cholesterol, hypertension, COPD, Pacemaker, nephrotic sydrome, previous left neck of femour.( this all about the patient) Myself l m on a final placement in a trauma and orthopedic ward in hospital. During this placementwe have looked after this patient for a couple of shifts, the patient was being transfered with guutter frame with 2 staff but now has deteriorated now transfers with cricket hoist 2 staff, has low sodium and now on 1.5 fluid restriction.
