This course is about asking and answering interesting questions about the world using the fundamentals of statistics. Keep it simple! There is only one major constraint for this course. You must use Open Data because the aim of this assignment is turn your project into a slideshow presentation (using RMarkdown) that you can include in an ePortfolio or you can make it by using powerpoint.This assignment is worth 10% and must be uploaded to the ​Assignment 3 Turnitin link submission by ​27/10/2019​.Open DataAssignment 3 is open-ended, but there will be one key requirement. There were 9,430 traffic accidents in the city of Ba
rcelona in 2017, resulting in 12 deaths and 241 serious injuries.
The purpose of this project is to analyse the vehicles involved in accidents in Barcelona. This analysis is to be performed during three parts of the day namely Morning, Afternoon and Night.
Problem Statement
Is the vehicles involved in accidents in Barcelona highest in Night time?
Is there a difference in the mean number of vehicles involved in accidents in Barcelona during Morning, Afternoon and Night time of the day?
Methodology
Descriptive statistics and Histograms are used to know distribution of vehicles involved in Accidents
Descriptive statistics, Box plots and bar charts are used to analyse the vehicles involved in Accidents during three parts of the day
One way ANOVA is used to test for the significant difference in the mean vehicles involved in Accidents during three parts of the day
Post Hoc analysis are performed if required.
