Part 1 - Pretend to buy a car


1. Find an advertisement of a car that is for sale. Any car is fine. You can buy the car of your dreams or something practical that you might want today. Upload a screenshot of the advertisement.


2. Find an advertisement for a five year car loan to find an interest rate. You can find these on bank pages or some car dealership webpages. Upload a screenshot of the advertisement.


3. Use the formulas from Chapter 6 to determine what your monthly payments would be if your loan lasted 5 years. Upload a screenshot of your written work.


Part 2 - Pretend to buy a house








1. Find an advertisement of a house that is for sale. Any house is fine. You can buy the house of your dreams or something practical. You can buy a house in your area or maybe some place where you would like to move. Upload a screenshot of the advertisement.








2. Find an advertisement for a thirty year fixed home loan to find an interest rate. You can find these on bank pages. Upload a screenshot of the advertisement.
