This association is not specified with any jurisdiction in the overall context of the United States. In that context, it can be added that leadership plays a pivotal role in the development of any organization or association. This process analyses that without involving proper leadership operations, no organizations such as the American bar association and national education association cannot be able to perform their activities with the developed ways (Redfield & Nance, 2016).
