Managing stress assertively. Recall a stressful situation that you wished you had handled in a more assertive manner. How did you react in this situation? What happened as a result? If you’re faced with a similar situation in the future, how could you handle it more assertively? Have you ever experienced a panic attack? Even if you’ve only experienced intense anxiety, write a page or so describing what it was like. Be sure to include what occasioned the anxiety and how it affected you. Also, write about how well you cope with similar situations today.
