Organisational Culture
    The organizational culture of the Ciba Geigy company is quite good and harmonious. The staff members of the organization are aware of their separate individual roles and responsibilities. They shoulder their responsibilities and duties as respective soldiers. The employees in the company are also well aware of the official and workplace hierarchy, as a result of which, there are no forms of conflicts that arise due to the problems of maintaining workplace hierarchy. The two companies, namely Ciba and Geigy, after their merger also retained their unique identities, despite being merged as a complete organizational entity.
