`The roles and responsibilities of sales associates become significant in terms of
satisfying what has been expected on organization’s behalf from them In fact, sales associates is
the key factor in between the client and the product and he/she determines the success of a
particular product by reaching out to the user through several innovative ways. As sales
associates of the CHEIL Australia, I would prefer setting up two goals on high priority. Working
for the one of the most reputable companies of the world gives the prime experience of quality
service and there is no doubt that no compromise can be made in term of quality maintaining
throughout the course of any action. Thus, my priority, as the sales associative will be to keep
myself updated about the any new policy which has been introduced by the company recently
along with keeping the pace with the existing promotions of the launched products.
In terms of consumer electronics, it is obvious that the user experiences with the
Samsung are beyond expectations. The company has gained a great market across globe through
entering in it with the approach of dealing with the anticipations of the people perfectly. For this
position description or prioritizing the goals, I would prefer taking two famous products of the
company which are the smart TV and Samsung Galaxy note 8, the best featured phone launched
in the premium mobile segment as it is in direct contest with the Apple’s new I Phone X.

be getting an expansion with new approximately 1000 prominent artworks from the Prado
museum set to come to The Frame’s collection. Australian pricing and availability for the 49-

It would be a challenging task to maintain the client base intact in terms of giving them
perfect brand value for both the above mentioned products. One of the possible reasons behind
selecting this plan is obvious, the market is going to view some confronting issues and it will be
a challenge to maintain the competency level in the mobile phone market especially the premium
segment where the client base is the key factor behind the success. As the sales associate, my
objective of this project handling will be clear and it will go through the following two highly
prioritized phases:
At first, the existing retailers will be called for a physically meeting so that their
orientation can take place in the local area. For instance, in Sydney, there are more than 500
retailers who are now selling the Samsung Note brands and its previous variants successfully,
however, they are still unaware of the fact that the company has launched this new product—this
unawareness is about the new features which are introduced by the company so, it is important to
have them integrated towards this new launch. There are several aspects of this goal as the sales
associate. I will be able to address the concerns and investigations posed by the retailers and it
will be similar to the perfect team work where all the retailers will build a string network of their
own to sell Note 8 to the existing and new clients as well—the company has offered easy EMIs
and exchange offers.
Previously, the promotional policies of the companies included the online promotions
along with physical promotions of the products at a certain or specific place through organization
of an event. For example, Samsung would sponsor a particular series of games so that the brad
name of any recently launched product is made available to the people. However, in this respect,
the awareness of the smart phone users and their conversion into clients remains somehow
