Major Research Proposal Maximum of 2200 words excluding references and tables.We would like the methodology to involve a school based education program targeting multiple levels of stakeholders. Training provided for school instructors from nutritionists, education provided for the children from the teachers and take home information for the children. This should be developed along with changes to school policy regarding limits on high calorie high sugar snacks being brought for lunch. The schools doing the education will grow vegetable gardens.We would like the research to be a minimum of 3 years.
