1. Background
Major General James L. Williams is an international business consultant who has participated in numerous businesses of different industries. He is associated with numerous executive positions such as in healthcare, information, software and high technology industries along with financial services and in international commerce trade industries (Dubois). Prior of being a business consultant, he served for thirty eight years in the U.S. Military associated with the United States Marine Corps.
During his tenure in military service, he commanded the Marines at every possible level of combat operations and the readiness. General Williams was last assigned as the Commanding General, Fourth Marine Division and has served on the Secretary of the Defense’s Reserve Force Policy Board. He was retired in the year 2010 after contributing his glorious life towards serving the nation. During his military services General Williams was awarded with many military decorations.
