    The Hilton Chain of Hotels is among the top five hotels of the world. Its hospitality management is a centre of attraction and reason for it being in the topmost five of the lists. The aim of this report is to use Hilton Hotel as a case study about hotel management simulation. It covers the current status of the hotel. The business of hotel is determined by using positional models such as PESTLE and Porter’s five forces analyses. These models help to identify the exact position of the hotel in the today’s world. This report covers all the factors, which influence the organisation. This report covers the management strategies used by hotels. It also covers the recommendation given to the organisation to make its position further strong and organisation will be able to achieve first position.

    The Hilton Chain of Hotels is among the top positions in the hotel business market in the world. Hilton has hotels worldwide. The founder of the company was Conrad Hilton. It is headquartered in Virginia, USA. It has hotels all over the world. The operating income of the organisation is US$1.372 billion (Hilton Brands, 2019). The revenue generated by the organisation is US$ 9.140 billion. The net income of the organisation is US$ 1.259 billion and total assets are US$ 14.308 billion. The total equity of the organisation is US$ 2.027 billion (Hilton Brands, 2019). The current position of the organisation can be analysed by PESTLE and Porter’s Five-Force Analyses.
